Flexibility, innovative technologies and automated controls enable us to deliver production that meets the most demanding quality standards.

For our wire drawing processes, we use Cu-ETP1 electrolytic copper wire rod, in accordance with UNI EN 1977, and, upon request, Cu-OF wire rod. All raw materials are sourced from selected manufacturers on the European market.

Our 15,000 m² production facility in Moncalieri is equipped with roughing machines, tinning lines, multi-wire drawing machines, stranding machines and cabling machines, ensuring the production of a wide range of semi-finished copper products.

All wire drawing lines are equipped with dynamic take-up systems. The products are supplied on properly balanced and dynamically balanced reels, ensuring perfect wire layering during winding, even at high speeds. All reels, both plastic and steel, are marked with the TRA.SMA The reels can be shipped with a horizontal core axis, placed on specially designed stackable steel pallets, or with a vertical core axis, placed on wooden pallets. These solutions are designed to optimize transportation and logistics while meeting our customers’ specific technical and production requirements.
